Ragnhild Myklebust, Verena Bentele and Thomas Oelsner all added to the biathlon medals they won earlier in the week.
Germany's Bentele led the women's B1 visually impaired by nearly a minute at the 3.2km mark and then dominated the second half of the race, increasing her lead to 1:46 by the finish.
Fabienne Kaci of France won the silver, edging out Finland's Merja Hannele Hanski by 11 seconds.
Oelsner, also of Germany, defended the men's LW5/7, 6/8 and 9 gold he won in Friday's biathlon.
Improved
He finished two seconds ahead of Andreas Hustveit of Norway, who had to settle for silver.
Myklebust added another women's sit-ski medal to her biathlon gold.
Roland Ruepp improved upon his bronze medal in the biathlon to take gold in the 5km men's LW11 sitski race.
Oliver Anthofer took his second silver of the Games, 8.2 seconds behind Ruepp.
