Scott Rider
Scott Rider was the youngest member of the 10-man bobsleigh team. The 24-year-old only joined the national team at the start of the 2000 season. It was Rider's first Olympics and he finished 11th in the GB1 four-man bobsleigh. Rider is a dual athlete who came third in the shot putt at the 2001 AAA Championships.
