DOB: 16.06.72
Lives: Taunton
Occupation: Royal Marine Commando
Previous Olympics: 1998

Bobsleigh driver (two and four-man)

Johnston was granted a rare re-run in the four-man bob when a child threw an object on the track, cracking the athlete's crash helmet.

The driver finished 10th in the two-man and 14th in the four-man.

The 29-year-old steered GB1 in the pairs and GB2 in the quartet.

Johnston came 20th in the two-man bob on his previous Olympic appearance.
