Vitaliy Baranov and wife Marika Humphreys enjoyed themselves at the Games and finished the ice dance in a respectable 15th position.

Baranov started skating when he was four in the Ukraine and competed for the country at junior level.

But he then met Marika in 1997 at the Hot Ice Show at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Amusement Park.

Baranov opted to compete for Great Britain with his new partner and eventually became national champions. The pair married in 1999.
