Norman Brown
At 40-years-old, Norman Brown was the oldest member of the men's team and has the medals to show for it. The Stranraer-based farmer grabbed four European golds and one silver between 1989 and 1996. Brown also won a silver and bronze medal in the world championships. He competed in the 1992 Olympics when curling was a demonstration sport and was Britain's alternate player this year, but the GB team failed to qualify for the semi-finals.
