Joanna Williams
At her first Winter Games, Joanna Williams made it into the quarter-finals of her favoured event, the 1,000m, but did not advance any further. Williams competed in the European Youth Olympics in 1997, winning a bronze medal in the 500m. She is the British short track record holder for 500m and 1500m.
