'Two generals, two women and an FBI agent'

It has been an extraordinary few days for America's military top brass - first the director of the CIA, a man who was one of the most respected generals in the US stepped down over revelations he had an extra-marital affair. And then the General running Nato operations in Afghanistan, John Allen, was also caught up in it all.
