What are the options for 'over-full' airports?

The man chosen by David Cameron to investigate airport capacity in the UK says his commission's preparatory work would help the next government to have "a flying start" on a decision after the next general election.

Speaking to the Today programme's Evan Davis, Sir Howard Davies said that the commission was also "looking at options for increasing capacity in existing framework of airports" around the capital.
