Tour de France 'biggest cycling scandal'

The US Anti-Doping Agency has stripped Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles, although there are questions over whether they can do this and banned him from professional cycling for life after the American decided not to fight charges that he used performance-enhancing drugs during his career.
