Lord McNally talks about governance in Sark

On 28 March the Today programme reported from the Island of Sark, in the English Channel, on allegations of bullying and intimidation by representatives of Sir David and Sir Frederick Barclay - owners of the Telegraph - in the local newsletter.

Sarah Montague spoke to Home Office minister Lord McNally, who recently visited the island, to assess the impact of the Barclay brothers' influence.
