How Jerusalem should really be sung

Professor Jeremy Dibble, a musicologist from Durham University, explains his discovery that the English patriotic song Jerusalem was originally meant to have a less rousing opening.

The original idea, he explains, is "solo for the first verse and all available voices for the second verse".
