Libor fixing was City's 'worst kept secret'

The Chairman of Barclays Marcus Agius is to step down as a result of the scandal over the fixing of the Libor inter-bank lending interest rate.

Business presenter Simon Jack gives the latest news.

Carrick Mollenkamp, a reporter from Reuters who investigated Libor in 2008 for the Wall Street Journal, says back then it was "the worst kept secret in the city".
