The changing face of rock festivals

Rock festivals had a very different reputation back in the 1980s and it is the 30th anniversary of the birth of the Peace Convoy, a group who were the heart of the festival movement and were described at the time as medieval brigands.

Arts correspondent David Sillito reports on how, when it comes to festivals, anarchy has turned into whimsy.
