Robert Peston: 'Extraordinary debacle' at RBS

RBS Group says customer accounts should be "largely back to normal" today after the chaos caused by technical glitches.

Business editor Robert Peston told the Today programme that the banking group will have to produce "a very detailed investigation" into the "extraordinary debacle".
