Jaguar bites back

Jaguar Land Rover is expected to report another year of record results when it releases earnings later today in another sign of a revival of the car industry in the UK, which now exports more cars than it imports for the first time since 1976. JLR is one of the drivers of that growth and is looking to expand all three of its UK sites.

Professor Baback Yazdani, ex JLR executive and now dean of Nottingham Business School, explains why the company has been so successful.
