Actor, director and award winning rapper Plan B has said that "classism" should be as unacceptable in the UK as sexism and racism.

Speaking to Evan Davis, he said that a "class war is perpetuated in the media".

The rapper has been working with young people at a school, but has found their stories "heartbreaking".

"They've been told they're no good their whole lives," he said.

"These kids are having to deal with stuff that most adults do not have to deal with."
