School rebuilding delays questioned

Last summer, Education Secretary Michael Gove announced there would be £2bn of private finance available to rebuild the most dilapidated schools in England over five years.

Local authorities and academies entered their worst buildings - expecting to be told by December whether they would get the money.

But, as Sanchia Berg reports, the decision is yet to be made.
