Hollande's policies 'will not affect growth'

What is the impact of the French and Greek election results on the future of the Eurozone?

The BBC's economics editor Stephanie Flanders believes the response from the markets has so far been "quite measured" despite a few "jitters". She says there isn't that much difference between Francois Hollande and Nicolas Sarkozy.

There's nothing in Hollande's policies that will make a "dramatic difference" to growth, she adds.
