Charles Clarke on the changing face of faith

How is the place of religion in our society changing?

Former home secretary Charles Clarke is chairing the last in a series of debates on faith at Westminster.

He told the Today programme that he has been surprised by the wide extent in which large amount of people have faith in their lives but don't express it.

The "fundamental implication" is to take account of people's beliefs about faith, he argues, and "absorb" different views.
