Samsung 'not following anymore', one boss tells BBC

Samsung made profits of $5bn in the first three months of 2012 - but most eye catching of all was the fact it sold 44 million smartphones - 25% more than Apple in the same period.

The BBC's Seoul correspondent Lucy Williamson spoke to employees about their loyalty to the firm, which offers good pay and perks, and to one of its bosses about how it is no longer the "fast follower".
