Spotted deer spotted in Philippines

Scientists have managed to penetrate the dense Philippine forest on the island of Negros to take the first ever photos in the wild of the Visayan Spotted Deer and the Visayan Warty Pig.

Neil D'Cruze, of the World Society for the Protection of Animals, told the Today programme about the expedition.
