Bullish Whitbread will keep Costa

Whitbread has seen a hearty profits boost on the back of the success of Costa Coffee, which has consistently been the top performer in the group's portfolio.

The hotels and restaurants business posted a surplus of £320.1 million for the year to 1 March, up 11% after Costa's sales jumped 27.5% and its profits lifted 38%

But Whitbread's CEO, Andy Harrison, tells Today programme business presenter Simon Jack that the coffee company is not up for sale
