PM: 'Strong case' against Lords referendum

Prime Minister David Cameron has said that he does not believe there is a strong case in favour of a referendum on House of Lords reform.

Speaking to Today presenter John Humphrys, he said that he would not reject the proposal out of hand, but that it did not strike him as a particularly powerful argument.
