In the wake of the Leveson Inquiry, the House of Lords Communications Committee has undertaken a review of the field of investigative journalism in which it says that the field faces profound economic, legal and regulatory challenges.

Lord Inglewood, chair of the House of Lords' Communication Committee, outlines the main findings of the report.
