Children 'last in queue' for food in India

We heard yesterday from the charity Save the Children about their fears that that 500m children globally risk becoming mentally and physically stunted over the next 15 years unless there is international action to curb malnutrition.

Lord Desai, economist and Labour peer who divides his time between UK and India, explains the response from the Indian government, one of the countries under the microscope.
