Greek economy 'in death spiral'

Eurozone officials have called off an emergency meeting of finance ministers to approve a vital 130bn euro bailout for Athens amid a growing fight among the country's European creditors about the merits of allowing Greece to go bankrupt.

Economist Anton La Guardia explains how close the eurocrats in Brussels are to deciding whether it is time to let Greece drop out of the euro.
