6.3m people 'underemployed'

A new analysis by the TUC claims that the number of people under-employed in the UK has hit record levels of 6.3 million.

Recent graduate Andrew Mellor and Nicola Smith, head of the TUC's economic and social affairs department, discuss whether the figures show that the labour market is weaker than data suggests.
