New drink 'tag tests' to be introduced


An electronic tagging device for people in London convicted of drink-related offences is being piloted. It is modelled on a scheme in South Dakota in the United States. Deputy mayor of London, Kit Malthouse and Eric Appleby, chief executive of Alcohol Concern debate whether the introduction of this new scheme is a good idea or not.
