Concern over tighter student visa rules

The British Council is warning that tighter rules for foreign students applying for visas to study in England is damaging the UK's reputation abroad and that some high quality colleges are being forced to close.

Professor Jo Beall, director of education and society at the British Council, discusses the implications of the government's decision.
