Somalia UN envoy: 'This is not an easy job'

Foreign Secretary William Hague is visiting Somalia, which he calls "the world's most failed state" ahead of a conference being hosted by the British government in London to address the terrorism and kidnapping that beset the country.

This week the UN re-opened an office in the capital Mogadishu after 17 years.

East Africa correspondent Will Ross reports on the current state of the country and UN special envoy to Somalia Augustine Mahiga explains the importance of the move.
