'Chaos' in NHS over reforms

The editors of three leading healthcare journals say the coalition government's NHS reforms in England have created an "unholy mess".

In a joint article the editors of the British Medical Journal (BMJ), Health Service Journal and Nursing Times say the plans have destabilised and damaged services.

Dr Fiona Godlee, editor of the British Medical Journal, and Dr Charles Alessi, chair of the National Association of Primary Care, discuss whether this is a fair assessment.
