Savings from pension reform 'unclear'

The government's public sector pension reforms are unlikely to save money in the long term, according to a new report by the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).

The think tank says savings from higher pension ages are offset by other elements of pensions becoming more generous.

Paul Johnson, director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), explains why.
