Should criminals get injury compensation?


Justice Secretary Ken Clarke is to announce plans to reform the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme to reserve compensation for "blameless" victims of crime and prevent people with a criminal record from getting a payout.

Criminal defence lawyer Greg Foxsmith and Conservative MP Ben Gummer discuss whether the move is fair.
