'Austerity won't stimulate growth' in EU

Is there too much focus on austerity, and not enough on growth?

That's the question that EU leaders will be considering as they meet for an informal summit in Brussels to talk about growth and job creation.

The new pact to enforce budgetary discipline, the one David Cameron chose not to join, will also be on the agenda.

Europe Correspondent Chris Morris travels to Brussels from the outskirts of Lille in northern France.
