Russia's webcam election

With just over five weeks to go before Russia's presidential election, the Russian authorities have begun installing web cameras at polling stations across the country.

The webcams will provide live pictures of voting on election day after widespread reports of election fraud in last month's parliamentary poll.

Moscow correspondent Steve Rosenberg reports from Veliky Novgorod, where the first webcams have been installed.
