Garvey: 'MPs love music like anyone else'

The licensing of live music could be relaxed for small venues if the Live Music Bill successfully passes through parliament.

Guy Garvey, lead singer of the band Elbow, explains why he is campaigning for the bill.

The problem, he said, was "more the bureaucracy than the price", which was holding pubs back from staging live music events.
