Lansley: NHS reform opposition 'purely political'

The Royal College of Nursing and the Royal College of Midwives are calling on the government to scrap its planned changes to the NHS in England as part of the Health and Social Care Bill.

Chris Ham, chief executive of the King's Fund, analyses the bill and Health Secretary Andrew Lansley responds to the criticism.
