Falklands War: Navy gunner meets Argentine pilot

With the 30th anniversary of the Falklands War a few weeks away, one veteran from Leeds has completed an extraordinary journey to meet the Argentine pilot he thought he had killed in 1982.

Neil Wilkinson was a 22-year-old anti-aircraft gunner, serving on-board HMS Intrepid, when he shot down a Skyhawk fighter jet during a bloody battle in San Carlos Bay.

He did not realise it at the time, but the pilot survived, and three decades on the two former enemies have finally come face to face.

The BBC's Nicola Rees reports.
