'I just want to live independently'

As part of the Welfare Reform Bill, the government wants to replace the Disability Living Allowance with a Personal Independence Payment - which is a lot lower.

The BBC's Richard Steade spoke to James Wesson, who has learning difficulties, about how the change will effect him.

And the BBC's disability affairs specialist, Peter White, has the details on how it will work.
