Courtesy car criticism 'irritating'

Former Justice Secretary Jack Straw has accused the credit hire industry of conspiring against motorists whose cars are off the road after an accident by employing tactics which force them to extend the length of courtesy car hire.

Martin Andrews, director general of the Credit Hire Organisation (CHO), gives his response.
