Should it be easier to fire bad teachers?

Head teachers in England will soon be able to sack under-performing teachers much more quickly under new rules being introduced by ministers.

Christine Blower, general secretary of the National Union of Teachers (NUT), and Chris Harrison, president of the National Association of Head Teachers, discuss whether the move is a good idea.
