UK gun laws 'sufficient'

The man who police say killed three women in a house in County Durham before shooting himself was licensed to own six firearms, it has emerged.

Roger Gray, a former tactical adviser to the Metropolitan Police firearms unit, told the Today programme that the UK's gun laws are "sufficient" but "the level of scrutiny needs to go up".
