'It's like being at the bottom of a hole'

A report by homeless charity Crisis has highlighted that those living rough have a shorter life expectancy, of 30 years, than the national average.

The Today programme's Zubeida Malik hears the experiences of 28-year-old woman, who did not want her name to be used, about sleeping rough for three years.
