Hodge: HMRC head 'cosy' with business

The Public Accounts Committee has released a critical report of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) dealings with big business.

Speaking on the Today programme, committee chair Margaret Hodge said the head of tax had a "cosy" relationship with business, and there was a lack of transparency over the deals.
