'Constant challenge' finding foster carers

Almost 9,000 foster carers need to be found next year to avoid a shortfall, according to the charity Fostering Network.

Foster carer Karen tells us about her experiences and Robert Tapsfield, Chief Executive of the Fostering Network, outlines the challenges facing this sector.
