N Koreans 'never warmed to Kim Jong-il'

South Korea has put its military on high alert following the announcement of the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. The BBC's Lucy Williamson reports from South Korean capital Seoul and Former US assistant secretary of state Christopher Hill, who visited North Korea in 2007 and 2008 in an attempt to get it to disarm its nuclear capability, discusses the country's unclear future.
