Climate change delay 'is dangerous'

UN talks in South Africa on climate change have ended with a deal to compel the world's biggest polluters to take action to curb global warming.

Lord Stern, chair of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics analyses whether the deal goes far enough.
