Tough budget 'the only way back' for Ireland

The Irish government is announcing its budget over two days where numerous benefits are being cut while VAT and fuel prices are going up.

Deputy Finance minister Brian Hayes outlines how the Fine Gael-led government hopes these tough austerity measures will go some way to getting Ireland out of its financial black.
