Are council prayers unlawful?

The High Court is to decide whether a town council in Devon should be allowed to say prayers before meetings, after a complaint from an atheist member of Bideford Town Council, who claimed that saying prayers was a breach of human rights legislation.

The National Secular Society's Keith Porteous Wood and Mike Judge from the Christian Institute discuss the implications of the case.
