'Don't bother applying' for small business loans

In a new announcement on credit easing, the government says it will underwrite bank loans worth at least £20bn to small and medium-sized businesses over the next two years.

Bernard Coleman runs WGL Stone Clean Ltd and describes how it might help and Chris Glen, of the Leeds branch of the Federation of Small Businesses, gives analysis of the chancellor's plan.
